Hilary Campbell is the ROM  for Yorkshire and Humberside, leading the Yorkshire and Humberside team to deliver NOMS aims locally.

 The Yorkshire and Humberside ROM's role

Hilary Campbell's responsibilities include:

• line managing the Probation Chief Officers and Board/Trust Chairs
• managing the contract with Humberside Probation Trust
• leading on the delivery of the regional reducing re-offending action plan with a range of partners and agencies
• Managing contracts with providers in consortia to deliver bail accommodation and support services
• Managing a contract to deliver the TWP, a national demonstration project to prevent offending and reduce re-offending by women in South and West Yorkshire
• Working with the HMPS Area Manager to integrate the work of NOMS at a regional level

Val McNerney - Commissioning and Partnerships Manager
To manage the implementation of the national Bail Accommodation project for defendants and prisoners eligible for release on Home Detention Curfew across Yorkshire and Humberside, liaise with key partners of the Invest to Save Bail Support project and support the work of the Accommodation and PPO Pathways of the Regional Reducing Re-offending action plan.

Gini Whitehead - Probation Commissioning Manager
Supports effective contract management and SLA review processes to support the commissioning of services for offenders in the community. In addition, Gini leads on the Offender Health and Drugs and Alcohol pathways, Serious Further Offences, the Prevent Strategy, the Intensive Alternative to Custody Demonstrator Projects, and Offender Management. She is also the link person within the ROM team for Integrated Offender Management.

Jenny Bowles - Commissioning Manager with responsibility for Partnerships
Supporting a range of partners to contribute to the reducing re-offending agenda by maximising awareness and understanding of the agenda and its impact. Jenny also has overall responsibility for the refreshed RRAP in 2008/09, working with the RRAP Programme Manager and is the lead for internal and external communications within the team. Jenny manages the RRAP Programme Manager and the Together Women Contract Manager/Women Offenders lead.

Julie Wallace - Reducing Re-offending Action Plan (RRAP) Programme Manager
Overall responsibility for the implementation of the RRAP across the pathways including developing and implementing the refreshed RRAP in 2008/09. Julie has lead responsibility for Employment, Learning and Skills, the Corporate Alliance and employer engagement activity. Julie manages the RRAP Co-ordinator and the Reducing Re-offending Manager.
