Yorkshire and Humberside - Reducing Re-offending Action Plan 2007 - 2010
The Reducing Re-offending Action Plan for Yorkshire & Humberside 2007 – 2010 contains the work to be delivered by NOMS YH and its partners across the region to reduce re-offending.
This Action Plan builds on the work that was detailed and delivered in the previous Reducing Re-offending Action Plan for 2005 – 2007. The plan is set out under 10 key areas of work called ‘Pathways’. These Pathways are crucial for the rehabilitation & resettlement needs of offenders with community or custodial sentences.
These Pathways are as follows:

Mental & Physical Health
Children & Families
Attitudes, Thinking & Behaviour
Finance, benefit & Debt
Prolific & other Priority Offenders
