This Newsletter details current work in the region to reduce re-offending via the multi-agency Pathway Action Teams, led by the Reducing Re-offending Team.
The workstreams include the 7 National Pathways plus 3 additional – Prolific & other Priority Offenders, VCS & the Together Women Project.
