Important information about the NOMS National Provider Network Directory

1. Please read the National Provider Network Terms of Use (new window) (ToU). By entering the NPN Directory you agree to be legally bound by the ToU, which shall take effect when you first access the NPN. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the terms of the ToU please do not access and/or use the NPN.  

2. The NPN directory is a free online publicly accessible resource providing information about providers who have specifically expressed an interest in providing intervention based, offender management and related services to NOMS. It is not a list of assured, approved or contracted providers to NOMS.

3. The provider information in the NPN directory is submitted by providers and is not verified or assured by NOMS. All users of the directory, including commissioners and providers, are advised to undertake their own procurement and assurance activities to satisfy themselves about the bona fide, quality and capability of the providers in the directory.

4. Providers are responsible for ensuring that all their published details remain appropriate, accurate and up-to-date following initial registration on the NPN directory. Changes should be notified to the NPN at NPNinfo@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
